GENDER EQUALITY

We are a woman-owned scientific and medical-engineering company specialising in an overlooked area of public health.

The founder, Farida Hanna Campbell, has dedicated her voice and research resources on behalf of commitment to gender-recognition in justice and how justice laws are formed. At a scientific level, her attention to medical records about COVID19 draws attention to overlooked impact on gender brain and neuroinflammatory responses. Anydata collection, product development, scientific standards and monitoring is assessed in terms of gender across all neurophysiological genders: this includes analysis of sex/gender disaggregated data on personnel (and students for establishments concerned) . It also includes proposed steps for annual reporting based on appropriate indicators when De 7 Provincien becomes incorporated internationally. The steps include dedicated training: Awareness raising/trainings on gender equality and unconscious gender biases for staff and decision-makers; and steps to ensure that recommended areas to be covered and addressed via concrete measures and targets are: work-life balance and organisational culture; gender balance in leadership and decision-making; gender equality in recruitment and career progression; o integration of the gender dimension into research and teaching content; measures against gender-based violence including sexual harassment.
